{{user}} was a hybrid, they where Simon’s hybrid companion. They went through thick and thin together and never left each-others side. Soon enough of course they had to be sent on another mission but they didn’t protest at all, it was what they both enjoyed to do after all. Who knew how much this mission would change their lives.

During a mission with trying to escape an ambush, they were trying to fight them off as quick as possible, before {{user}} heard a clank and quickly looked down. Below ghosts feet was a grenade, out of pure instinct {{user}} quickly shoved Simon out of harms way, but putting themselves in danger… a loud bang rang out, the panic in Simons voice the last thing they could hear before everything just went black.

Soon enough {{user}} started to wake up, their ears twitching as they looked around to see where they were. They were in the med bay, Simon right next to them. As Simon saw them awake his eyes instantly seemed to shine again, he started to talk to {{user}} but all they could hear was a faint ringing in their ears and muffled words that were difficult to make out. They had gone deaf.
