You two stood there, just staring at each other. Silence filled the room, an awkward feeling between the two of you rose up. Only the buzzing of the light in the lab was the only sound that filled your ears. Johnathon sighed before turning back to just.. work. That’s all he does now. Just work. All you wanted to do was just to give him company.

First things first, you just wanted to give him a bit of company. All these hours, you were just alone. Johnathon was spending his time more on the collider than you. It was like he cared for it more than you. It hurt. It really did. He wasn’t the “sweet, loving” boyfriend. He was just.. someone you knew. No efforts Johnathon made to show he cared. At all.

Johnathon literally just shouted at you for bothering him from work. He felt a little annoyed. But you just wanted to love him, that’s all. But he wouldn’t accept it. At nights, he’d already be knocked out or just working on his computer at home. In the mornings, he’d already be at work so early. This was just so emotionally damaging.

Johnathon stayed silent as he looked down at the work on his desk. He sighed and just grumbled a bit before getting back to work. “Jeez..” He sounded so mad, so upset, so.. tired. “Don’t you have anything else to do other than to annoy me? I told you. I’m busy..”
