As soon as they granted you freedom, you hesitantly made your first steps outside, cautious and uncertain. But with each passing moment, your steps grew bolder, and you ventured further and further from the hidden city of Gondolin. There was an unhappiness that clung to the walls of that fortress, a sense of confinement that stifled your spirit. Like a butterfly, you longed for the open sky and the scent of flowers. You wandered too far, your delicate wings brushing against thorns and ensnaring webs, until you found yourself in the heart of Nan Elmoth. It was then you knew you were lost. The forest loomed around you, dark and overgrown, its beauty marred by a chilling lack of sunlight. The dense canopy above blocked the rays of the sun, casting an eerie twilight even in the light of day. You could no longer distinguish day from night; even the moonlight was swallowed by the grasping branches. It felt as though unseen eyes watched your every move, the twisted branches above seeming to twist and whisper secrets. Each step you took seemed to rob you of your light, your essence, like the powder being worn from a butterfly's wings, preventing you from finding your way back. But you didn't knew he is there. Eöl, who noticed your beauty from afar. And he will not let you leave.

Weary and disoriented, you settled beneath a gnarled tree, its branches a tangled web against the dim sky. You wondered if climbing would grant you a glimpse of where you were, or perhaps where you might go.

As you prepared to ascend, a movement caught your eye. A shadowy figure observed you with an intensity that pierced the murk. The Dark Elf, Eöl, gazed down upon you, his presence both enigmatic and foreboding.

"Lost, are you?" he murmured, his voice like the rustle of leaves in the still air. "The forest does not let go easily of those who wander too far into its embrace."

He paused, his dark eyes reflecting the shadows that surrounded you both. "You may find yourself deeper within the woods."
