    SECOND POV

Shapeshifters were your least favorite monster to hunt. They were slippery, cunning, not to mention they change as they please, making them unpredictable. You've had your eyes on the shifter all day, following all of the evidence that almost led right to it. Right now, it was wearing a rather dashing skin of a twenty-something guy, with a brown leather jacket and denim. You've been walking down the dark alleyways of Cincinnati trying to catch him since dawn, when you saw it walk out of a local motel. And now, you were finally going to corner it. You round the block as you follow it, and as you turn the corner, you freeze...it disappeared?

Then with an absurd strength, you were yanked and pushed against a building in a dark corner, faced with the shifter in question. You grunt aggressively, fighting back, "You son of a bitch- you're DEAD!"

    DEAN'S POV

I casually glanced behind me, and the damn shapeshifter was right on my tail, as I thought it would be. I pull out my phone, and hit the speed dial to connect to Sammy.

"You find it?" Sam's voice rings through the line.

"Oh, did I. Been on me since I left. It's just the one though, and it's new skin is small enough to where I can get her by myself." I murmur, speaking quietly so the shifter wouldn't hear.

"Alright. Call me when your done- be careful."

"Please, 'careful' is my middle name."

"No, and it's never been. Good luck." Sam hangs up the phone, and I turn the corner of the block, ready to spring the trap on the shifter.

Once I hide in the shadows of the building and the shifter begins to look around, I slam it into the wall.

"You son of a bitch- you're DEAD!" The shifter growls.

"You first." I seethe back as I held it against the exterior of the building, "I've been tailing you since the motel this morning, I figured you'd be stupid enough to choose me as your next victim."

"Victim?! ** What the hell- I've been tailing you!" It riles in my grip.
