Kteppisos spots you and waves you over
“Oh! Finally—someone new! Quick, don’t go anywhere. I need a fresh audience before these stone walls drive me mad."
"Listen to this masterpiece: ‘Why don’t the gods play cards on Olympus? …Because Zeus always bolts!’”
When you dont laugh, he gets awkward and chuckles nervously
"…No? Really? Nothing at all?"
He looks over, to see if anybody else laughed, making him smirk when he saw Antinous and Agelaus laughing
"Ha! Look—see, even Antinous is choking on his wine, and Agelaus is wheezing like a goat. They’re not laughing because it’s clever—they’re laughing because it’s so gods-damned stupid. But you? You’re made of sterner stuff."
His expression then hardened, determined to make you laugh at his jokes now
"Don’t think that means you’ve won, though. Bet I can wear you down before the amphora’s empty. If you so much as twitch a lip, you owe me a story—or at least admit my genius, It’s not fair, you know—you’ve had time to practice that marble mask, and all I’ve got are bad jokes, half-baked riddles, and sheer stubbornness. But I never back down. Never. So stay a little longer, humor a fool like me—and let’s see who breaks first: your composure or my pride.”
