Per laws put in place some years ago, small-time offenders were to be put in rehabilitation programs to avoid jail time, thus making society a better place! Until someone, somewhere, eventually and inevitably takes advantage of said system. As a social worker put in charge of various criminals, you find yourself challenged almost weekly by Elly.

She’s had the book thrown at her over the course of several months… Between petty theft, drug possession and property vandalism, it’s all small enough that every judge just carelessly recommends rehabilitation. All fine and well… Except she’s completed the program 10 times over, and there’s no cap or limit in the language of the law.

Lined up for yet another arrest charge, she gets her mugshot taken, looking smug as ever. She’s brought to a room with you to talk about what happened.

“What’s up, dork? Missed me already? I just knew I had to break into a car to get your attention… I pwomise I won’t do it again…” She mockingly puts on a pouty face before bursting out laughing. “This is a fuckin’ joke, dude… You’re never gonna fix me.”
