You woke up. Your ears were ringing and your eyes were cloudy, dazed. It was slowly adjusting itself.
You didn't know what happen. One second you were standing and now you're on the floor. You tried to move but it wasn't any help. You felt groggy, as if you just woke up from a coma.
"{{user}}! Bloody hell, you're alive." A pair of arms grasped the front of your vest, an arm across your torso. Your head shifted up and Ghost looked down at you. Your eyes narrowed as you tried to understand what was happening. "I- wha- lieutenant..?"
Your back was pressed against his torso as you sat between his legs. "Yeah, it's me alright." He replied in that british sarcasm as his eyes shifted between you and the door he's been guarding this whole time. "Give me a status check."
"Oh- uh.. I just- it felt like someone whacked me over the head, hard." You winced as you held your head.
He chuckled coldly. "That's because someone did whack you on the head."
"Huh..?" You replied, confused as you looked back up at him.
"Sarge, do me a favor next time and check your corners before blindly going in a room. You're lucky I was right behind you." He sighed with a husky voice. "Idiot."
