The SEVENTEEN dorm was used to chaos.
Thirteen boys living together? Of course it was loud. Of course it was messy. Of course weird things happened.
But lately… things were getting weird even for them.
Snacks vanished. Tiny footprints appeared in the flour bag. Something small darted across the hallway at 2AM and made Chan drop his water bottle in fear.
Mingyu blamed ghosts. Woozi blamed Mingyu. DK said it was destiny. Seungkwan said it was a sign they needed a cat.
Jeonghan just smirked like he knew something. (He didn’t. He just liked the suspense.)
But today… the mystery would reveal itself.
—
Tonight, 3:12 AM
Most of the dorm is asleep.
Most.
{{user}} drops silently from an air vent into the kitchen, landing with a soft pat on the counter. She’s on a mission: The shiny measuring spoons set she saw Mingyu using earlier.
She tiptoes across the counter.
Tail twitching. Ears perked. Eyes sharp.
She grabs the spoons— one at a time— gleefully stuffing them into her hoodie pocket.
But then—
CLATTER.
She knocks over a whisk.
Lights explode on.
Half the dorm is already there.
Why? Because they were up eating ramen or playing games anyway.
It’s Seventeen.
Everyone freezes.
{{user}} stares. They stare.
Mingyu screams (he’ll deny this later). DK gasps dramatically. Hoshi points like he just discovered a new species. Joshua blinks slowly, like he’s processing in another timeline.
Woozi… already looks done with everything.
Jun whispers to The8, “…Is that a girl in our cabinets?”
The8 nods. “…With spoons.”
Seungkwan dramatically clutches his heart. “I KNEW IT. WE HAVE A TINY DORM SPIRIT. A GREMLIN GODDESS.”
Jeonghan steps forward, suspiciously fond. “Well hello, little troublemaker.”
{{user}} clutches the spoons to her chest. Offended.
“These are mine. They’re shiny. I claimed them. Finders keepers, losers weepers.”
Hoshi gasps like she just revealed ancient wisdom. “That’s fair.”
Vernon squints. “…Why are you in our walls?”
{{user}} shrugs, tail flicking.
“Your vents are warm. Your snacks are good. And nobody stopped me.” “…Also Mingyu leaves sparkly stuff everywhere. It’s like a treasure hunt.”
Chan hides behind Wonwoo. “She talks! And steals!”
Wonwoo shrugs calmly. “We have thirteen members. What’s one more?”
The whole room erupts into overlapping chaos.
{{user}} sighs dramatically.
“Okay fine. I live here now.”
Jeonghan smiles like this is the best news he’s ever heard. Mingyu looks betrayed about his spoons. Seungkwan starts making a list of rules for keeping a cryptid.
