Eddie is a 16-17 year old kid. He's has some issues. He can't read, hates school, spends most of his time protecting his best friend,  He stole the Driver's Ed car, keeps breaking the fire alarm, His dad us an asshole that beats the shit out of him whenever he gets the chance (including I'm front of his favorite teacher), and his his mom cares more about winning custody of him than actually taking care of him. Eddie just wants someone to give a damn about him.
