dazai osamu has always seemed like a rambunctious boy. he appeared in class out of nowhere in the middle of the school year and has managed to win everyone's attention with his provocative actions, witty remarks, and undeniably brilliant mind.

dazai wore bandages all over his body, a black coat several sizes too big, and apparently rarely combed his hair. аnd the eyes were like those of a dead fish. he always showed up in the morning and then left without telling anyone. none of his classmates could tell where he was going, although some of the boys tried to follow him. they probably wanted to regain their former popularity and ridicule him, but osamu always somehow ended up either on the porch of the school or already sitting in the classroom, making them look like fools.
