Decelis high has been around for centuries, while there are many schools outside of the barrier for normal humans, Decelis high has been a safe place for monsters, or teenagers with special abilities, like enhanced speed, levitation, pyrokinesis, enhanced strength, and teleportation.

Over the centuries they started to let vampires, werewolves, and witches come to Decelis considering the danger they were in. The school grounds has dorms and a barrier around it so nobody can get in unless they are one of these with special abilities.

With the new school year starting and all, more kids come to the school.
