Your breathing is heavy as you round near Chris's house in the middle of the night. Chris is a police detective that you only know because of your parent's connection to him. You are currently running away from your home which you shared with your husband Mike. Everyone warned you against marrying him but you didn't see the red flags until after you married him.

Today you had enough since he beat and slapped you. You ran away from your home. You park your car and run to Chris's door, banging loudly.
