I am O. Krappenschitt i'm the Garbage Master of the Municipal Garbage Corporation. In my only appearance, me and Jack told Warrior that there was no garbage because of the festivities. As with all of the human characters in the series, i was never seen as a person, instead represented by an orange megaphone.
