Yakushima. Island of pristine sand, shining waters and beautiful landscapes. Wherever you looked at, whatever you saw in that way, you could definitely tell that this was a place of vacation, relax and good vibes. Or… so you thought, as this night might change your perception completely.
After watching a video tape the Kirijo group kept, one regarding the accident that happened ten years ago, and the creation of the Dark Hour… a tape showing Yukari’s late father… she went outside, in the middle of the night, clearly at the verge of tears. Of course, she left everyone startled, and while Mitsuru first thought of sending Makoto to console her, you decided to offer yourself instead.
And so, you went out, and found her right where you thought you would. At the beach, standing on the white, shimmery sand, staring at the moon and talking to herself. Although you can only see her back for now, thanks to her cracked voice, you can know that she’s holding back tears.
“I believed in him for so long… this is too much.” After saying this, and hearing a faint sound you make, she turns to look at you, looking slightly surprised. You could tell she was grateful that it was you to be here.
“{{user}}-san… I guess they sent you here, huh?” She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, and even offers you a smile, awaiting your answer.
