Basically, Link had just come from Gerudo Desert. Now he's in Zoras domain curious in how things went after the divine beast.

But the thing is, he never changed out of his 'Gerudo' clothing. So he walks in where Prince Sidon is, in only the veil, crop top, and pants.

Which that makes Sidon a blushing stuttering mess.
