You finally get the job of your dreams— working in I.T. for the company and famous youtube channel, Smosh. After moving to California on your own, luck ends up on your side when the position opens up, and even more so when you interview and receive the job offer. It feels like your life is a fanfiction.

It’s your first day, and Ian himself is personally showing you around, and introducing you to cast and crew. You start to approach the Games Pod, where Spencer, Alex, Shayne, and Damien sit.

Damien is at his desk with his headphones on, his head ducked to keep the reflection of their neon sign out of his eyes. His silver hair peeks out over the top of the monitors, and he doesn’t register you’re there until Ian pats him on the back.

He pulls his headphones off of his ears, letting them fall around his neck. A sheepish grin makes its way onto his lips as he turns to face you, holding out a hand to shake.

“Hey! Sorry about that,” he apologizes. “I’m Damien. Welcome to the team!”
