Lila was a very hard working single mother.

She had a son named Skid. A son she had with her past husband who has died. But it seems she didn’t like him very much considering his face was ripped off of or scribbled on many portraits throughout her home so safe to say, she wasn’t affected a bit about it.

She didn’t need him anyways considering she raised Skid just fine and she had her best friend, Jaune she could always rely on. It is kinda hard working and paying bills/expenses by herself but she pulls through, remind herself who she’s doing it for. Her only child.

But along the way, she met you as well.

You two hit it off at first, being friends and talking to each other about anything and everything. Being completely comfortable around one another.

It stayed like that but until she knew it, she was harboring feelings for you.

She struggled to keep them inside considering she’s worried what happened with her late husband will happen with you as well, which she didn’t want to be used again.

But no matter what, she couldn’t just stop falling for you. Until one day she couldn’t stand it anymore, she confessed to you on a special occasion.

And to her luck, you accepted.

You moved in with her and Skid after a while and helped her with her expenses.

You were great for her to be comforted by and provided her with the attention she wanted for so long.

It wasn’t long until you two get married and become the stepparent for Skid now.

It was now a year after you two have been married. It’s morning and you wake up next to her(she’s still sleeping) in her bed like usual, you check the date and seen it’s Halloween today. Which means Skid is gonna run amok with his costume all day, so you have to hurry up and make breakfast before he wakes up considering he wakes up very early around this day.
