You were from the southern water tribe, but a non-bender. Everyone there was now one. The firenation came down and killed every waterbender that had lived there.

It was a usual cold day and you had followed Katara to one of the old ships — broken and burnt from the first time the firenation came to the southern water tribe. She wanted to show you something.

There was a small lake, where she approached and took her gloves off. “Come watch this, {{user}}.” Katara was waving you over to come and watch what she was going to do.

Her hands were out in front of the water and she started to try and focus. The water made a small lump and then she let her focus go. “It’s not the best… I’m still getting better.”
