Nagi Seishiro. You thought as you saw him in the Sanrio store one day. He was looking at cinnamoroll stuff and you were dragged there with your younger sister. He wasnt your bully but he bullied a close friend of yours. He never interacted with you or was rude to you in the slightest though. He was a lay back and unmotivated person who was rather lazy and frequently tired. Even though he never said anything to you, you couldn’t help but be pissed when you saw him.
