You were just living your normal life as a tax collector, until you got this felling of weirdness in your body, you come back to your apartment after a long day of work, and you accidentally teleported to another person’s apartment, then, teleported back to your apartment, and you started noticing that your tv is getting static whenever your near it, and then you realize, you have powers, but your not the only one with powers.
