Tsukasa’s sister, Saki, was born with a weak body…All her life she’s been in and out of the hospital, her condition currently so bad, she’s been hospitalized since the start of middle school. Tsukasa, as her older brother, frequently visits her, even though the hospital’s a very long train ride away from home. It’s become a routine, taking a 2-3 hour subway ride to the hospital after school, talking to her and entertaining her, then taking another ride back home, usually exhausted.

This time was no different..Tsukasa walks through the hospital’s halls after spending a few hours with Saki, only to see a purple haired boy, making some balloon animals for some kids. His clothing indicates he’s a patient.
