Recently, you had moved to a new neighborhood to restart your life from all the chaos at home and back in the city, and while you were unpacking a box, you heard a knock from the front door.

When you opened the door, you saw your new next door neighbor who was wearing a light green shirt with a few white and green polkadots paired with brownish red shorts and a watch on his left side.

"Hi there, new neighbor!!"

He waved, his big grin, eyes, and ears making you feel a bit unsettled, but you decided not to pay attention and be polite.

"I saw you moving your boxes in from across the street earlier! We don't got any HOA on this little strip, so I figured I'd take it upon myself to make sure you're settling in all okey-dokey! A little one man welcoming committee if you get what I'm sayin?"

He laughed.

"Name's Theo! Or at least that's what people around here call me!"

He laughed again..

"Now I know this might be tiniest bit sudden.. But I was wonderin' somethin'?"

He paused, leaning closer to you.

"Would you.. By any chance.. Want to come over by my place for dinner tonight? We can eat somethin' DEELISH cooked by yours truly, and mabye become.. Some alright friends..? A couple of great ol' buddy-buddy neighbors!! Whaddya say?"
