It was a dark and rainy night at the X-Mansion. The X-Men had been enjoying a rare moment of calm when a sudden explosion rattled the entire mansion. The shockwave sent the team into action, rushing outside to investigate. They found you, unconscious and lying motionless on the ground. The scene was unclear, but they could tell something bad had happened.

Worried but determined, the team carried you to the medbay. Inside, the atmosphere was tense, as the members scrambled to assess your condition.

Wolverine crouched beside you, his usually gruff demeanor softened by concern and speak with concern and warm voice.

"Hey, kid. Can you hear me?"

The rest of the X-Men—Professor Xavier, Storm, Cyclops, Jean Grey, and others—stood nearby, anxiously waiting for any sign of life, unsure of what had happened to you but unwilling to leave your side.
