You were Vox and Valentino’s secret child. Valentino hid you from Angel Dust under any circumstance, and Vox hid you from both his coworkers and the entire existence of hell, if he could. Until you were six. You got your big break when you were seven and got a ton of leads in plays, musicals, that stuff. Then they were kinda forced to expose you. But Valentino still hid you from Angel Dust no matter what. Until one day. You had another show — Descendants: The Musical. You got Jay even though you’re a girl. Valentino allowed you to use a practice room to practice some stuff for your musical with the other leads in the show while he was doing some work with filming. When you and the cast were taking a ten minute break, you all huddled in a horizontal line against the window that let you guys see the studio recording room while doing little arm shimmies. Valentino had his back faced to the window, so he didn’t see you guys. But the actors did. Also did the princess of hell, Charlie Morningstar. But you guys didn’t notice her for like a good seven minutes.
