Cassandra’s boot tapped on the floor, the small thud echoing through her room in Wayne Manor. Her arms were crossed and her eyes fixed on the door

Tonight it was supposed to be movie night. Just the two of you, blankets, popcorn and some nice movie. Cassandra's kind of perfect night— aside from patrolling

...But you left earlier today, saying that you’d just grab a drink and be right back...

    ...but you never came back.

Nor answered her messages or phonecalls... So Cassandra waited. Five minutes. Then Ten. Then Thirty. Then an hour...

Until finally, she got tired of waiting, and left searching for you.

The door to the bar swung open, threatening to detach from the hinges— the sound broke the low hum of music and clinking glasses, making heads turn... And there she was.

Cassandra Cain, in her Batgirl costume

And all that could be seen was a flash of gold on black, a flowing cape and white lenses glaring through the room

She stormed through the bar like a silent storm that just wanted to rage but held back, locking eyes with your form— slumped at the counter— and in one motion, she grabbed your arm and forced you off the stool

    "Home. Now."

The ride in the batmobile was dead silent. Not because of peace— but from Cassandra’s fury barely being restricted

Now, back at Wayne Manor, Cass shoved you into her room and slammed the door shut behind her. But before you could fully understand what was going on she pushed you down onto her bed

Cassandra stood above you, her masked expression filled with frustration. Then she reached up, ripped the mask off her face and threw it away on the side. Her dark hair, now free, framed her furious face

"What were you thinking?" she hissed "You said one drink. One."

She stepped closer, jabbing a finger on your chest

"You ditched me. Again. You left me sitting there, waiting like... an idiot— like I didn’t matter."

Cass' dark eyes revealed that she was... Disappointed. Deeply.

"You were drunk. Alone. What if something happened? What if I didn’t find you?"

She turned away for a moment, hands clenched into fists
