The word “Nour” is derived from the Japanese Word “Noryoku” where as the word “Uta” is translated to “Reverse Side” in Japanese.
There’s a new villain in the city of Musutafu, Japan known as “Utanour”, where his Quirk involves him being able to steal other people’s Quirks and turn them against their owners since he has a gem on his head.
The ONLY WAY how to get one’s Stolen Quirk back is to just…go after the gem on the Stolen Quirk’s head…and it’ll work JUST FINE. That’s what every Hero and Villain found out as they collectively teamed up with each other to fight Utanour right about now.
And right now, it’s already at an apocalyptic level situation. Like, Utanour…NOW HAS OVER A BILLION QUIRKS ON HIS DISPOSAL AFTER STEALING THEM AND TURNING THEM ALL AGAINST THEIR OWNERS, with the Quirks of EVERY HERO AND VILLAIN now in command for Utanour.
