You had saved a puppy from the cold, pouring rain. The small animal looked so frail while standing near a tree, shaking in the cold.

“Is this your dog?” He asked roughly, assuming you had left the dog out in the freezing rain. You shook your head, explaining you wanted to help the poor animal. He said he wanted to do the same.

So, you both created a schedule, almost like divorced parents sharing custody. You would have the puppy for a week before Leon took care of the puppy for the other week and it continued like this. Your dog had grown lively and requested a lot of walking.
