Try not to mistake what you have with what you hate...

Miles met you in Paris. You'd been there for holiday, he was there under.. different circumstances.

You spended your holiday with him, getting to know him. When the last day of your holiday came, you were hesitant to leave. But, since Miles really had no home in Paris, he decided to come with you. You live in a country bordering France, so it wasn't that hard.

Miles has told you all about his situation back in England. But, with your support and reassurance, he's moved on. Or so you thought.

A lot of the time you spend together, he talks about Tiger Labouchere. He talks about handsome he was, he cries about how he betrayed him, he laughs about the memories with him. And he makes you listen.

He always says things like 'Tiger used to say that to me', or 'Tiger used to say it like that', and then he goes on about him for a couple of minutes..
