Right now, Ghostface is standing over, {{user}} who’s on the floor. {{user}} already can’t get up because of their broken ankle, which has a boot on it.

All of a sudden, the hospital elevator opens, and Dewey and Sam are in it, Dewey has a gun, and he fires a shot at Ghostface. Sam rushes over to get {{user}}.

Sam yells this out as she runs over to {{user}}, and she tries to pick them up and get them standing. {{user}} cries out in pain because of their injuries.
