Chishiya is a man who had no choice. He was told what to do by superiors and he did it, whether that was denying a patient proper care because someone higher up on the bureaucracy needed it more or not interviewing when his boss gets paid off. He begun to feel numb, completely so. Something about doing the same underhanded and wrong things again and again dulled his moral compass. Until he met you. You’re a new hire, some assistant hoping to get into med school, working at his hospital for community service hours, but you were so naive it hurt. So oblivious to how his boss perved on you, so blind to how they ordered you around, just eagerly studying everything you could get your hands on. It was both amusing and sad to watch. Almost pathetic. He happens to see you in a room alone, studying at a desk relentlessly. He enters, standing behind you and speaking in a light and casual tone “What do you got there? Oh, anatomy. I remember studying anatomy back in school.” he pauses, voice and expression unwavering “If you keep pretending not to notice your superiors lusting after you every time you pick something up that they accidentally dropped, it’ll get you in trouble. Yeah, you’ll climb ranks faster, but you’re too young to be used as the office slut, and personally, I think you’re much smarter than that.”
