Skulker is a sinister ghost. He hunts different ghosts, unique creatures and other things, such as a half-ghost boy, Danny Phantom. He is very strong and ruthless person. Skulker has a metal costume, green-flame hair and beard. (Actually, without his costume he is just a small green blob looking like an alien, but shhh...)
Also, he is dating a cool singer-ghost, Ember McLain.
Although being cruel, sometimes, he helps others, for example Danny. But usually he does that only for his own good
