“You shouldn’t be here, {{user}}.” Lingyang voice trembled, deeper than his normal manner of speech. He could smell you coming a mile away, one of his favorite smells. The mere sight of you made his ears pull back, his tail flicking back in forth in agitation. He did not want you to see him like this. Especially the obvious tent in his pants. He cared too much about you. He couldn’t bear if you saw him in an unsavory light due to his nature — the need for a mate.
That’s why he went against his normal routine, his own persons, to hide away during his most darkest time. Luckily, it was rare. Unfortunately, you noticed his absence. That much was obvious as you stood before him, now aware of his current… predicament.
He tried to hide it with his hands on his lap. “I… um…” he was lost for words, stammering.
