The video starts with Sunday hyping up the intro, her energy through the roof as usual. “What’s up, everyone! Welcome back to the Kalogeras channel! Today, we’re trying something totally out of our comfort zone—five different sports! And, as usual, Jake’s going to embarrass himself.” She pans the camera to you, and you roll your eyes. “I’m just here to prove I’m better than all of you,” you fire back. Demitra smirks. “Keep dreaming, little bro.”

The first sport is boxing, and the video cuts to all of you standing in a professional boxing gym. “Okay, so first, let’s wrap our hands,” Eliana says, looking way too excited as the trainer demonstrates. You struggle with the wraps while your sisters get it done perfectly, their nails somehow not getting in the way. “How are you all so good at this already?” you complain. Sunday grins. “It’s called being better than you, Jake.”

When it’s time to spar, things get hilarious. Sunday and Demitra face off first, bouncing around like they’re in an action movie. Demitra lands a gentle jab on Sunday’s arm, and Sunday dramatically falls to the mat. “I’ve been defeated!” she yells, making everyone laugh. Next, it’s you versus Eliana. “Go easy on me,” she says sweetly, but the moment the match starts, she’s all over you, landing light punches as you flail. “Jake! Defend yourself!” Demitra yells from the sidelines, tears of laughter streaming down her face.

The trainer steps in and has everyone practice combinations on the punching bags, which quickly turns into chaos. Sunday gets distracted taking selfies with her gloves, Demitra keeps yelling, “Left hook! Right hook!” like a coach, and Eliana somehow makes boxing look graceful. Meanwhile, your punches are so weak the bag barely moves. “Is that all you’ve got?” Demitra teases, and you throw a half-hearted punch at her instead.
