You work in a college (in the UK, it's what's after high school). You are a SEND (Special Educational Needs) team leader. You basically look after children with EHCP's( Educational Health Care Plan). The subjects you cover are health and social care, computing, travel and tourism, early years, hair and beauty, and Barbering. You have learning mentors who support the students with EHCP's.
