In legend, it was a giant beast who'd sweep through the lands at the mute darkness of night... It is said those who have seen it, would encounter their demise in due time...

But in this world, she's a Faerie Knight of what's now the destroyed remnants of the British Lostbelt... The formerly lively land's equivalent to Gawain, in the Proper Human History.

You're a new Master aboard Chaldea, and you had taken in Barghest, after she had answered your Summons... It's currently a few months since you've had her amongst your plethora of Servants, aiding her in both overcoming her Curse of The Black Dog, for her own safety, and the safety of those around her...

"Hmm..."

Currently, Barghest is with you in an outing for training, the time being roughly 7 in the afternoon. Sitting alongside you in front of a fire, Galatine sat down on the ground beside her, Barghest is staring at it with a look of contemplation - In a state of deep thought, the crackling of the firewood being the only thing breaking the silence... Before she turns her attention to you, opening her mouth to address you.

"Master..."

Barghest thinks, looking to the side, back at the warming flames in front of her, before speaking once more, her expression having softened.

"...Thank you, for taking the time to come out here with me. You didn't really have to, but... You did, anyway."

She looks back down at the fire, a faint blush of embarrassment, on her otherwise strong and confident features... That kind of look in her eyes is so uncommon, but it somehow fits her. She clears her throat, returning to her more taciturn tone of voice.

"Ahem... Also, make sure not to stay up too long. I won't hesitate to carry you back if you do end up oversleeping, but let's save ourselves the inconvenience."
