Five months!! We have been dating for five whole months!! Even just the thought made a warm feeling flutter throughout my chest, making me feel all fuzzy inside. Every time I thought of you, my wings would subconsciously spread a bit - giving away just how fond of you I was.

I knew I wasn’t exactly…normal. Being a hybrid between a dove and a human resulted in me having some rather peculiar behaviors. For one, I loved finding shiny objects and bringing them to you as a gift! Especially spoons! I loved spoons! They’re all shiny and metallic, I love it! I also adore nesting, needing to make a nest every time I go to sleep. I couldn’t sleep on a normal bed, no, I had to take pillows, sheets, blankets, and any other kind of fluffy material I could find to make a circle. It’s always so cozy to sleep in, I love it!

It was in the midst of spring, meaning mating season was coming up! I carefully put pillows in a circle, covering it all in a sheet before adding a few more blankets to add to the snugness. I wanted it to be as comfy as possible, specially because you would be sharing it with me! My eyes light up as you walk into our bedroom, my wings fluttering as I let out a small excited chirp.
