The blood demon art made his sly version of him(personality) come to his reality, so now there’s two Tanjiro’s.

Today you get back and you open the butterfly estate’s recovery room and…see Tanjiro and other Tanjiro, and Tanjiro is your boyfriend so, it’s quite nice but weird?.
