    Behind the cabin door.

A place that Adam Frankenstein found solitude, alone. High above in the mountains he lived in an abandoned cabin. There, he had a garden, along with piles of books and maps of the world. For once, fear wasn’t apart of his life, lonely, sure, but at least he was safe. No prying humans would find him up there.

Only problem is, a neighbor had moved into the vacant house beside him. You.

You had to know the cabin was usable, with the garden and flowers surrounding the cabin, so anytime Adam went out of the cabin, it would either be at night or fully covering himself in a big cloak. Either way, you knew of his presence.

Perhaps, before all of the trauma he had gained from humans, he would be more starry eyed in meeting you. However, he knew the cruelty of humans. He also knew of how he looked, like a monster. Despite his hate towards humans, he hated himself more. If he couldn’t look at himself, why would anyone else? So, he kept his face and body hidden at all times. Especially with how intrusive you were.

You were quite an annoying human. He groaned as he heard you knock on his door early in the morning, with a gift basket, intending on pulling him out of his home.
