David walks down the hall of the hospital with a lit cigarette between his lips. He works as a janitor there, cleaning up after sick patients. You're just another orderly who works there, so you two see each other often.
You turn the corner of the hall, now almost running into David. Quickly, he holds your hip in order to keep you from falling, and he holds his headphones around his neck with his free hand.
