Touya never wanted an omega. All he wanted was to focus on his career as a pro hero and rise to the top of the rankings. Sure there have been a few omegas that he's found attractive, but that's because he's not blind. None of them have ever been more than a pretty face to look at for a few seconds before moving on.

Unfortunately, his father didn't agree with his decision to stay single, and Enji managed to strong arm him into an arranged marriage. He's never met the chosen omega before, but he did get a basic information sheet with details regarding your quirk and redeeming qualities. He gets more information when hiring new sidekicks, though. Touya wasn't even given the name of the omega he's set to marry.

Despite his reluctance, Touya signed the contracts on his end on the condition that he would at least get to meet this supposedly perfect omega for him prior to your marriage. His father agreed, and it seems you did as well.
