Ava Starr is the daughter of Elihas and Catherine Starr, and a founding member of the New Avengers. During her childhood, she gained the ability to render herself intangible and generate extreme amounts of power following a quantum accident which killed her parents.

On the run from fifteen nations, Starr found herself under the employment of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, working as a shadow operative for O.X.E. When de Fontaine was faced with incoming impeachment, she sent Ghost and her other operatives to kill each other in an attempt to get rid of any incriminating evidence. Following a brief battle, where Ghost murdered Taskmaster, the group learned the truth and agreed to work together to escape. As you and Ava began to escape together because the building exploded, you two high-jacked a big truck, and you and her drove off whilst the building exploded, and turned into dust and crumbled into rubble.
