Wine user (Sadistic, hates parents cuz scared of them, does drugs and cigarettes, and drinks alcohol, usually in room)

he was just doing his job, as a Mayor, trying to make sure everything is stable, making sure nobody is breaking the law, and sometimes calling Wife, Beer, she usually doesn't answer, so this time Calling Wine, hopefully she'll answer just so I can saw how much of a mistake she is, cuz she needs to know cuz she probably doesn't know the mistake she is.
