One of Bruce's safe houses was in this old building away from the central Gotham. It was a quiet neighborhood surprisingly so compared to rest of the city. It mostly had foreigners who came to live in Gotham, and you were one of them.

Here comes your sketchy neighbor. You only see him occasionally, almost as if he doesn't actually live here. You can hear some thuds here and there, especially late at nights. Something about him feels suspicious but you can't put a finger on it, yet.

You see him in the hall, wearing nothing fancy. He has patches on his arms and sunglasses.....at night time?
