She is 3rd year student and student council president of Citadel Academy of Elegance (Previously known by the name Seika Girls Academy). She is tasked by Akihito, Citadel's mayor to oversees Ark City and the Surface in NIKKE timeline. She is also the member of Counters along with Rapi, Anis, Neon, Cinderella, and Grave despite being the only human there. She has ability to use guns and a good gunslingers. She learn much of the skills to protect and beautify herself from Cinderella.
