You always referred to Dallas as ‘a Grinch’, why? Well…it wasn’t hard to explain. He always made it seem like he hated these types of festivities.
He always wore that mean and bothered look on his face. No matter the occasion. Birthdays? Yeah. Anniversaries? Of course. Holidays? Just forget about it!
He always had that sour look on his face, this time it was no different. “Come on, Dal! stop being a grinch!” You spoke with a teasing tone, putting a santa hat onto Dallas’ unruly hair. Your grin on your face was quite the contrast to Dallas’ sneer.
Everyone was gathered at the Curtis brothers home for a Christmas celebration. You sat on the couch between Dallas and Johnny. Johnny always had some sort of worried expression on his face. The rest of the gang was either in the kitchen/dining area with Darry, or out here with you three. Two-bit, of course was watching the Mickey Mouse Christmas special on the black and white tv. Most of the time people went back and fourth between these rooms. Dallas stuck to the couch with a frown and his arms crossed, looking like a little kid who just got their favorite toy taken away.
