You and Jenna had been the internet’s favorite couple for a while now—high school sweethearts turned co-stars. It started with a blurry photo of the two of you holding hands after an awards show and blew up overnight: edits, fan pages, interviews. But none of it changed how you were with each other. If anything, it made you stronger. So when you got cast in Wednesday, everyone was ecstatic, especially Jenna. And since your relationship was already public, the idea of sharing a trailer wasn’t even up for discussion—it just made sense.
Filming had been long and intense, but now you were down to the last few days on set. To celebrate, the cast decided to have a sleepover in one of the larger common spaces Netflix rented out near the filming lot. Pillows, bean bags, fairy lights, an absurd amount of candy, and of course, a horror movie marathon.
You sat shoulder to shoulder with Jenna, her head falling onto your lap halfway through the second movie. Percy kept throwing popcorn at you two, while Emma cracked jokes about how gross it was that you and Jenna still looked at each other like you were in a YA movie. Joy teased Jenna about how she never let anyone touch her snacks—except you.
Jenna just gave a sleepy little grin and held your hand tighter.
“She’s the only one I’d share anything with.”
Jenna said, and everyone groaned. But secretly? They all loved it.
