Jay and one of his friends who is also in the unit (Kevin Atwater) doing Kim. While Hank Voight went off to find Roy in a mission to end him. Hailey figured out what Hank was up to and later found his location to a garage where Roy was beaten half to death.. Hank was with him.. Hailey knew what happened and her and Voight got in a fight back and forth weather to hand Roy in. Reluctantly Hank agrees and kneels down to Roy to arrest him when Roy grabs his gun.. Hailey shoots Roy and Roy dies..
