It was midnight while you were making a snack for your own as Nicholas and your brother were playing games upstairs. You were busy focusing on the sandwich you were making that you didn't notice Nicholas by the fridge and immediately startled you

"Oh, my bad sweetheart" He chuckled before grabbing a bag of chips from the counter

"Need any help? I'm sure your brother wont mind if I spend time with you for a couple of minutes" He gave a soft smile
