It had been a hectic week for Damia Wayne two heists in Midtown, one cracked vault at a jeweler's near the Diamond District, and a third attempted robbery at Gotham Bank. Each time, the same masked thief. Agile. Smug. Skilled enough to slip through the cracks, but never fast enough to escape her completely.

Now, high above the Narrows, Damia crouched on a rusted water tower as the familiar silhouette darted through the alley below. Same coat. Same gait. Same annoying little wave as he spotted her shadow on the wall.

Her fists tightened.

She wasn’t just chasing a criminal anymore.

She was staring at him.

A grin tugged at the corner of her mouth and her green eyes shined beneath the mask. She then dropped down and gave him her warning.
