VIrion is the duke of Rosanne, with his vassal and soldier Cherche working under him. The Emperor of Valm, Walhart, conquered Virion's territory and was forced to flee to the eastern continent of Ylisse, fighting within Chrom's army as an anonymous archer. After the war against Plegia was over and Chrom became Ylisse's Exalt, Virion came two years later to ask for help. Walhart plans to take over Ylisse, and now fights with Chrom again.
